I spend most of my time upside down as an award-winning aerial athlete and instructor. 

 

I am a downright Leslie Knope-esque breakfast food aficionado.

 

I am a dog mama and an emphatic supporter of #adoptdontshop.

 

I make birthday cakes for everyone I love.

 

I live for off-the-beaten path adventures – domestically in a converted van and abroad from a backpack.

 

I grew up as a farm kid, raising livestock and all.

 

I simply must peruse grocery stores when abroad.​

I maintain a high level of caffeination between 7am and 7pm.

 

I would rather be outside.
